Recirculating thermostat Kruss is the world’s smallest thermostat for temperature control tasks in the laboratory. They are designed for temperature control of small samples. The device is user-friendly, offers a wide range of applications, and creates a quiet, pleasant, noise-free working environment.
Kruss offers two thermostats that use Peltier technology to control sample temperature for the analyzers. Heat is generated by electric current flowing through the semiconductor, using water as a safe and convenient heat conductor, easy to clean.
Kruss Circulating Thermostat meets all standards for temperature, regulates quickly and is suitable for many analytical instruments in laboratories such as Polarimeter, ABBE refractometer, UV-VIS, condenser, distillation,…
- Typical applications
- Temperature control of small sample volumes in analytical laboratories, chemistry laboratories, life sciences
- Temperature control of refractometers, polarizers and viscometers
- Controlling the temperature of the measuring cell in the UV/VIS instrument
- Effective and eco-friendly cooling of condensers (e.g. Liebig or reflux condensers) in thermal separation processes
- Laboratory applications need a thermostat that is easy to disassemble, move and save space.
Kruss circulating thermostats include 2 lines, divided by temperature and features:
- Recirculating thermostat 8°C-35°C
- Recirculating thermostat 5°C-80°C
