With Model RK3030, coolant can be adjusted from room temperature to 70°C. Spray warm water on packaged foods in the shower after sterilization to cool them and prevent them from deforming and breaking due to rapid cooling.

The function to configure the sterilization temperature, pressure and intensity value (F-value) as standard

The built-in Recorder and temperature sensor can monitor, record, store the temperature, pressure load and sterilization intensity (F value) of the sample. It is also equipped with “F-value control” that presets the F value and forcibly terminates the sterilization process when the core temperature of the sample reaches that value.
