ETI Thermapen One Electronic Thermometer has an accuracy of ±0.3°C (-19.9 to 119.9°C), ±0.4°C (- 49.9 to 199.9°C), ±1°C (remaining range) and will display the temperature of the food or liquid for 1 second!

Design for professional kitchens

Using industry-leading thermocouple technology, Thermapen One features a patented self-rotating display that can be used in any position , any hand. The device integrates a smart backlit display – improved cool white LCD display, light level sensor, automatic backlight on/off under different lighting conditions.

Sleep mode, based on a motion sensor that automatically turns Thermapen on/off when placed down or lifted, for maximum battery usage. The device is provided with a single AAA battery with an average usage life of about 2000 hours in normal use, without backlight. Low battery or open circuit warning is displayed. Washable thermometer housing and “Biomaster” antibacterial technology reduce bacterial growth on surfaces.

Thermapen ONE is IP67 waterproof and has a built-in stainless steel, puncture/punch probe that conveniently folds into the body 180° when do not use.

How long does Thermapen One’s battery last ?

Thermapen ONE’s battery life is 2000 hours (without backlight) and 100 hours (with backlight). To use longer battery life, you can enable auto-sleep mode using the button below the battery cover.

Thermapen One will tell you when your meat is cooked ?

Instead, Thermapen One tells you the actual temperature of the food (very quickly) and from there, you decide if it was not cooked yet. You should refer to cookbooks, TV shows, and recipes you like. A good cooking temperature will give a good taste and texture to the food.

Where should I put the probe to see if the food is cooked?

If you cook food, the coldest part will be the center of the thickest part. With large foods, it’s a good idea to check multiple locations to make sure the food is fully cooked.

If you refrigerate food, the middle of the thickest part is cooled the slowest.
