SterilDisk Probe – Temperature logger with a scale of -20°C to 140°C (standard calibration from 25°C to 140°C), with 20 mm, 50 mm external sensor , 100 mm, 150 mm (fixed probe – non-switchable), base height connecting body and probe is 5mm (base height does not include probe length).

The Tecnosoft SterilDisk Probe central temperature logger has an IP68 dustproof design, the material is made of AISI 316L stainless steel, ideal for process of sterilization, pasteurization and cooking.

Data management software through SPD software and TS Manager software (FDA 21 CFR Part 11 compliant) and data reader DiskInterface HS Mini, DiskInterface HS and Multibay.

SterilDisk Probe

Thanks to its compact size (36.5 mm diameter) and wide range of probe lengths, it is ideal for monitoring the core temperature of products (such as cans, jars, bottles, sausages, etc. or retort bags).
The Tecnosoft SterilDisk Probe can be used alone or in combination with many other loggers of similar or different models, for example as pressure monitoring.

Each SterilDisk Probe 10 comes with a battery. User-replaceable battery pack, and supplied with manufacturer’s calibration certificate (NIST equivalent) at 6 temperature points.
